Shane is passionate about working with data to help improve people’s lives and decision making. He was drawn to the Colorado Lab by the important and impactful work they do. Shane serves as an analyst for both the Colorado Lab and LINC. He contains a strong background in data wrangling, data analytics and statistical analysis. This combination of skills and his education in statistics and data science allows him to effectively aid in the Colorado Lab’s work.

Of the Colorado Lab’s Essential Elements, Shane believes in sustaining change and learning together. Working as a team to help implement positive change is something that drew him to the Colorado Lab.

Outside of work Shane loves walks with his husky in the mountains, and relaxing playing video games.
