Descriptive Analysis

Pillars Research + Strategy conducted a Colorado environmental analysis and national landscape scan of compensation initiatives for the early care and education (ECE) sector. This included: (1) a scan of past and current efforts to increase ECE workforce compensation in Colorado and (2) a national landscape scan to identify how other states address key design questions identified in the Colorado compensation scan.
