Section 34 of House Bill (HB) 22‐ 1326, the Fentanyl Accountability and Prevention Act called for an independent study to examine the implementation and short‐term outcomes of some of the bill’s key provisions (Appendix A). The Colorado Lab developed the analysis plan for the study.
