The State of Colorado has a Master Task Order (MTO) with the Colorado Lab. This MTO was issued following a competitive bid process for research and evaluation services. The MTO allows state entities to use this procurement method without having to bid out specific “task orders” or projects. There is no dollar limit on task orders. A copy of the MTO can be found here.

For subawards on projects where the prime funder is the State of Colorado, indirect costs for State Fiscal Year 2024 (July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024) are capped at 25%.

Please reach out to admin@coloradolab.org with questions about how to activate this procurement method.

Project-Specific Notice: Early Childhood Evaluation Hub

For subawards through the Early Childhood Evaluation Hub, the prime funder awarded a fully-funded sum under the SFY23 Master Task Order indirect cost rate, therefore, indirect costs are capped at 20% over the life of the project.
